Things to check
- Turn off all water, check your water meter reading, Let a couple of hours pass and you check your meter again. If the reading increased, you have a leak.
Your pipes may be restricted by mineral build up from hard water. Heat vinegar (not to a boiling point but uncomfortable to touch) and fully submerge your faucet aerator or showerhead. Let sit until it stops bubbling. How does this work? Because calcium is an alkaline earth metal, it’s highly reactive with acids, like vinegar.
